Meet Naomi Kay, the esteemed international model and actress hailing from the vibrant shores of Sierra Leone. Under the spotlight since 2008, Naomi, also known as Naomi Iye Kargbo, has left an indelible mark in modeling, acting, and fashion, both locally and internationally. Born and raised in Freetown, she honed her early education at the prestigious Saint Joseph Secondary School for Girls (CONVENT) before embarking on her academic journey at Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone. 

She’s expanding her horizons, pursuing Political Science and International Relations at Istanbul Aydin University in Turkey and Europe. Beyond her stellar career, Naomi is the compassionate founder and CEO of the Naomi Kay Foundation, dedicated to supporting underprivileged and girl-child education in Sierra Leone. 

Naomi’s accolades include winning the Miss Saint Joseph’s Convent Beauty pageant in 2008 and being crowned Face of Africa at the International Beauty Pageant in Istanbul, Turkey, in 2016. She also received the Best Designer/Dresser award at the African Entertainment Awards in Turkey, among others. With her sights set on representing Sierra Leone at the upcoming Miss Globe International beauty pageant in Dubai, Naomi embodies the essence of an African model—intelligence, confidence, and a captivating personality that transcends borders and cultures.
