In light of the recent MPOX outbreaks in Sierra Leone, it is vital to emphasize the importance of health and safety measures for all Sierra Leoneans. It’s based on the aforementioned, Sierra Leone’s Peace Ambassador Alhaji Amadu Bah has today the 28th of May 2025 taken the MPOX virus vaccine in Freetown.
As a dedicated leader, he has been raising awareness about the MPOX virus which can significantly contribute to safeguarding our communities and country as a whole. He is urging all Sierra Leoneans to adhere strictly to recommended precautionary measures, including maintaining good hygiene, avoiding close contact with infected individuals, and seeking medical attention if symptoms arise.
